Apparel sizes are collected before your event so the correct sizes can be prepared.

One guest can make a hat, another can design a sweatshirt and someone else can create a bag charm.

PRIVATE EVENTS
The DIY Bar can come to you!
SMALL GROUP? NO PROBLEM.
There is no minimum number of guests for a private DIY Bar booking.
Private events have a $200 minimum booking total, which can be made up of DIY items, upgrades, add-ons and additional creations.
BOOKING YOUR DIY BAR
A 30% nonrefundable booking retainer is required to reserve your event date. Your retainer is applied toward your final event total.
Your final guest count, apparel sizes and item selections are due 7 days before your event, along with the remaining balance.
Your final submitted guest count becomes the minimum amount billed because blanks and supplies are prepared specifically for your event.
Additional guests may be added after the deadline if inventory allows.
Booking retainers may be transferred one time to another available date with at least 7 days’ notice.
Travel fees may apply depending on event location.
